“ Borriello Brothers on Platte Ave is hands-down my favorite spot for pizza in the Springs. It’s the original location, and you can really taste the difference—authentic, thin-crust, foldable slices just like you’d get in New York. Their pepperoni is classic. The garlic knots are perfect. The vibe is relaxed, local, and no-frills—exactly what a great pizzeria should be. I also love that this is the last remaining location still, reportedly, run by the original owners. It’s got heart, history, and flavor. If you’re a pizza fan, this place is a must. ”
“ We had the pleasure of having Dan serve us, We ordered the godfather pizza, one slice of cheese and one slice of pepperoni while we waited for our food to be made he brought out a plate of garlic knots for my two kids to snack on in the mean time, this guy really made a great impression. pair that with a great pie and it makes for a great spot for dinner to top it off we tried his own dessert creation a slice of peach pie stuffed dessert. “ First time getting a couple cheese pizzas from bordello Brothers and I have to say it was great. First thing I noticed walking in is that they had a real pizza oven, it made the crust very nice and cooked. I feel those roll threw ovens the other places have do not cook the pizza right. The price for 2 18" pizzas wasn't that bad considering other places for there large pizzas would be over 45 just for cheese pizzas. I payed 37 here and that is an OK price for me. Obviously you're going to pay for more toppings but you're going to pay for what you want. Guy behind the counter was good and straight to the point the way I like it. Quick and easy order and transaction no questions asked they way they probably like it. Just saying do your own homework instead of bothering people with mindless questions. All in all I will be visiting bordello brothers when I want my pizza fix. ”

“ I've been to several so called "NYC Pizza" places and they just don't live up to the hype. I'm as "New York" as it gets; born and raised. I'm always longing for a peace of home. This place is as close as it gets here in Colorado. Listen, nothing is going to be exactly like the original, but if I feel like having a NYC pizza, Borriello Brothers is my go to place. It's not only the delicious pizza, it's the overall feel of the place. I love that their pizza tastes fresh, their prices are reasonable, and the ambiance, although a little neglected, gives you that NYC feel. It's all part of the charm. I'm just surprised that after being a successful chain all around town, there's only one left. Nevertheless, I highly recommend their pizza. It's tasty and their crust is not too thick, not too thin but it's light and just right. Their desserts are great too. My absolute favorite is their "Blackout Cake." It's to die for!! If I have anything negative to say is that they do take a while to get you your order, but it's worth the wait. ”
